How many rooms do you have in your home? The Dracom chaps don’t know so let us do some garage conversion maths...

We will take a normal 3 bed semi detached as an example...

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom
Downstairs: 1 kitchen, 1 dining room, 1 living room & 1 kitchen
Other: 1 HSL (hall/stairs/landing)

So that’s 9 rooms in total.

Say your home is worth 300k – does this mean each of your rooms is ‘worth’ 33.3k approx.? (300k divided by 9 rooms).

Did you know... a ‘standard’ conversion of a single garage is likely to cost less than 10k (including the dreaded VAT).
